1. Service and operator
These Terms govern your use of NutShell, provided by Arky Labs, Inc. (the “Operator” or “we”), a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States. Our principal office is at 1F, 61, Yonsei-ro 2na-gil, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea. NutShell helps you manage tasks, schedules and routines and optionally connect external calendars. 2. Accounts and eligibility
Register with an email address or Google account you are authorized to use. Keep your credentials and devices secure. Do not use another person’s account or impersonate others. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You must use the service in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. You must be at least 16 years old, or at least 13 in the United States. If you are a minor in your country of residence, you must obtain any required consent from your parent or legal guardian before using the service.
3. Your content
You retain the rights to the tasks, notes, events and other content you create. We process this content only as necessary to store, display and sync it and provide the features you request. You must have lawful authorization when entering another person’s personal information or copyrighted materials.
Posting unlawful content, infringing others’ rights, transmitting malicious code, gaining unauthorized access, disrupting the service and making unauthorized bulk requests are prohibited.
4. External calendar connections
Connecting Google Calendar or iCloud Calendar is your choice. The external provider’s terms and policies also apply. Outages, permission changes, expired authentication or other provider issues may delay or interrupt the integration.
Depending on the calendars and actions you select, events may be created, changed or deleted, or attendance responses sent. Check the time, destination calendar and changes before acting on important events. Disconnecting stops syncing; it does not undo every action already applied to an external calendar.
5. Service changes and restrictions
We may change or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, improvements, security or operational needs. Planned material changes will be announced through the service or by email; in emergencies, notice may follow the action.
If a breach of these Terms or a security risk is identified, we may restrict use to the extent necessary. Where possible, we will explain the reason and how to object; you may submit an explanation through our support contact. If paid features are introduced, prices and conditions will be disclosed separately in advance. We will not charge you automatically without your consent.
6. Privacy and account closure
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect integrations or delete content in the app, and request account deletion by emailing help@arky.so from your registered address.
Some data may be unrecoverable after account deletion. Information that must be retained, for example for legal obligations, is stored separately only for the relevant reason and scope. Other information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
7. Liability and disputes
The Operator and users are each responsible under applicable law for damage they cause to the other through their own fault. These Terms do not limit our liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or rights guaranteed to users by law.
We will first seek to resolve disputes through our support contact. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your place of residence remain unaffected, and jurisdiction is determined by applicable law.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect applicable laws and service changes. Material changes and their effective date will be announced through the service or by email at least 7 days in advance. If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the service and request account deletion. These Terms take effect on September 29, 2026.
